Wellness and Exercise

There is no better time than the present to focus on your wellness. Our Wellness Center and program focus on improving vitality, functional endurance, strength, flexibility and circulation through personalized exercises, walking programs and group classes. A unique wellness profile and individualized program of daily activities is created for each resident. Our coordinators encourage and support healthy living, while honoring and respecting every individual.

Physical & Occupational Therapy

We have partnered with At Home Therapy Services to provide physical therapy services right at Serenity. Sit back…they come right to you!  Our nurses will assist in coordinating doctor’s orders!
